Coastal Watershed Council
The Coastal Watershed Council is a dynamic and growing non-profit based in Santa Cruz, CA, working to reconnect a healthy watershed to a vibrant community. By inspiring youth and adults through special experiences at local rivers, by improving water quality and habitat and by helping residents and tourists rediscover what rivers mean to our daily lives, CWC continues its mission, since 1995, of preserving and protecting coastal watersheds through community stewardship, education and monitoring.
I first hired Brook over a decade ago to help modernize the Coastal Watershed Council’s website. Since then, Brook has made it easy to keep the site fresh and functional. We regularly get compliments on CWC’s website and how professional and polished it looks. That really matters for a nonprofit organization as it’s our face to the world. We can’t recommend Brook enough for all her work with us over the years!
