Scott Yates is a master woodworker and custom cabinetry specialist serving homes and businesses across Santa Cruz County. We came to Scott through an existing client and hit it off immediately. Originally from New Zealand and a rugby player at heart, Scott wanted a brand with a nod to his roots. We designed his logo around the silver fern — the ponga — a symbol deeply woven into New Zealand's cultural and sporting identity. Associated with the legendary All Blacks and recognized around the world, the fern represents strength, resilience, and endurance. Qualities that translate perfectly to a craftsman who builds things meant to last. We also put that logo on his vehicles, his apparel, and everything in between — giving Scott a cohesive, professional presence that reflects the quality of his work.
