Kristen is an unapologetic word nerd and grammar geek with 10 years experience in the publishing trade. Be it just a single line or an entire book-length manuscript, the value of a seasoned set of eyes should be considered part of your process before submitting your project for final publication. A spellchecker doesn’t catch everything! A firm believer in the power of the written word, Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature (emphasis in Fiction) from University of California, Santa Cruz, and is a graduate of the Denver Publishing Institute.
When she isn’t trying to improve the world one corrected typo at a time, Kristen spends her time taking culinary arts classes, doing volunteer work with her family, camping, gardening, and trying to rediscover the pleasure of simply reading a book (and not editing it).
